Similarly, all pieces fell together when the Solo Vida winemaker tested the unique combination of using 100% Pinot Noir grapes, together with 18 moths of ageing in the cellar. Thereby, creating Solo Vida Rosé Reserva, a true piece of magic, where all pieces happened to fall together perfectly.
A PLEASURE TO THE EYE AND BLESSING TO THE NOSE
Pale pink colour with purplish reflections, small and constant bubbles, showing its finesse. Delicate and pleasant nose, showing notes of red fruits, such as strawberry or raspberry, as well as sweet floral notes that mingle with the ageing notes.
A FEAST ON THE PALATE
Smooth and pleasant on the palate, with fine bubbles and balanced acidity. We notice the red fruit mixed with creamy notes of pastries from the ageing.
SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS
Ideal with appetizers, smoked fish and seafood non-ending parties. Serve at 5-6ºC with the music as loud as possible.
